    If you have own version of LXDE with improved accessibility that's
not very polite to keep it for youself but it's better to give your
improvements to LXDE team to include those into main source instead.

    I've added some documentation related to accessibility for PCManFM
onto LXDE wiki site - http://wiki.lxde.org/en/PCManFM#Tips_and_Tricks
and I believe all documentation of such kind should be presented at the
Wiki and be easily findable.
