That's what I meant (although I didn't consider the difference between
having the gettext("...") in LYMessages_en.h or in {LY,HT}*.c - that
didn't seem relevant). Those fragments are remnants from a past before
message internationalisation with gettext was considered.
Whether someone goes through all that and improves it or not - at least,
new code should not be added using that style. (Henry should keep his
watchful eyes on incoming patches, to make sure it doesn't slip in. :) )
