we already have working mirrors and already mentioned on web pages. so thats not the problem. what we miss is 1) place for exchanging devel things, like we did with ftp.devel.lyx.org 2) place for official binaries. 1 seems to be lost so moving to sourceforge might be solution. anyway thats mainly call for Joost, who is maintaining the win deps stuff. without his voice the discussion does not have much sense. 2 is unsolvable without response from JMarc and Lars.
