there exist no better or worser ps. ps is a programming language to paint
on a printer-page. thats all. And only people using unix need eps-file, I
think (I'm not a fan form M$, but they just didn't claimed to produce eps)

But you must set the right option in the printer-driver menu, to tell
adobe-driver to produce EPS-file, if you don't it also produce just
ordinary ps-files. And if adobe didn't managed to set up a good driver,
who then (they are the inventer of postscript).
