... this was a month ago. What is the current status and, more important,
the time schedule ?
I will do heavy writing on my PhD thesis pretty soon, so I need the LyX
version which is the most stable and reliable at the moment. Should I
upgrade my 0.12.0 before (it works well in principle, but has some
annoying problems, e.g. the "lost gs-processes"-bug), or are there no
significant enhancements in stability in 1.0.0pre2 ? Is a 1.0.0pre3 in the
planning, or is the 1.0.0 final release going to happen next week ?

Greets,

Matthias

P.S.: I'm not impatient, just curious. And since 1.0.0pre2 is out for some
time now, it could well be that I install it today, and the new release
comes tomorrow. And I have very little time...

P.P.S.: the developer's archive has not been updated since November 3rd. I
am certainly not the only one to have noticed that...
