Ok i tried this.
I opened the preference in Lyx and entered a file. The Problem:
Lyx will not create a new file personal dic file.
I can only choose .ispell files. But I am using aspell.
How do i get a new personal dictionary?????

Simply entering the filename and path you want in LyX's spelling
preferences will suffice.
