[M100] TS-DOS Option ROM

Does anyone know if TS-DOS option ROMS are still being sold anywhere?  I'd like 
to use one with TPDD Backpack.  

All the online searches point to the Bitchin' 100 web site, which doesn't 
appear to have been updated in 15 years.
