Guido & all, I'd recommend Hotel Dada as a contact in Argentina. They seem very dependable so far. I was in their little magazine and I think it would be of particular interest to Spanish-speaking mail-artists as the texts therein were all in Spanish. They contacted me with documentation a little while back. They send very light stuff, postcards, small posters and the like as documentation of their mail-art projects. They're very interested in vispo as well:
