The faq for digital editions indicates that you can have it on 6 devices and 6 
computers, and if you need more, you can contact them and get more. All the 
books are tied to your license. So you can have them on multiple places at the 
same time. But it seems the connection for a reading device requires an usb 
port. The only device they name is a Sony e-reader. I saw no mention of any 
other portable devices in the faq. I'd love to know if it is somehow possible 
to read these digital editions on an I-device. Adobe says you can read Barnes 
and Noble digital editions, but tne only B&N ebook downloading I'm familiar 
with is via the "nook store, onto a Nook e-reader or, I presume the 
inaccessible Nook application. So I'm not clear how you'd actually put a 
digital edition purchased from this source into the reader on the Mac.
