Hi Mike and all,
I may be missing something here, but I'm able to enter information in the 
fields you mentioned just fine, and move around the information I entered with 
the arrow keys.  What I do is use the VO cursor to explore the layout of the 
card when creating or editing it, rather than tab or another more traditional 
method.  I set VO's verbosity to low, and don't hear the "Edit Text" 
announcement, but can still create new cards and edit them just fine.
