Hi Mike!
So you got me curious!
I went hunting and found in the window menu of the vo+m menu the previous 
recipients and when I vo spaced on it there was a table of all I've used!
And after the table is the options to remove from the list or add to address 
book!
So you might get a few or indeed a lot from there!
