Been a while since I tackled a project like this but I can go from memory, I
transferred all my contacts from my Nokia Phone to my mac by first selecting
all the contacts and then transferring them by Bluetooth to the Mac.

Each contact ended up on the Mac as a "BCF" file so I then selected them all
and opened Address Book, all contacts were imported.

Now don't ask me the steps on how I did all this, must be at least 5 years ago
I took that challenge and I'm dead certain that menu interfaces in phones since
the days of my N70 have radically changed.
