lol. that's why I set my output to a silence mode. It's in the pop up menu. If 
you don't want to hear your mic know it's still being recorded and that way you 
can do what ever you want. the only time you won't need the silence mode is 
when you are hijacking the system audio and you need to record  your speech and 
mic like in a demo or what not.
