Exactly. I use it for everything from recording my syndicated content I air to demos to just recording skype calls I need to record like for documentation purposes. or to make comments on files in the middle of files. It's quite cool.
never used sound studio or what ever you called it but I use amadeus for my podcasting work like when I'm going to merge files and also to edit mp3s like when I digitize tapes. Be blessed.
