When you're in OS X, go to System Preferences/Startup Disk to see if you
are given the OS 9 option. If not, you're missing the bootable system
files. You *may* be able to do a quick fix by 'blessing' the system file.
It's been a while since I've done it but I think you... nah, I'll let
someone else chime in on blessing the system. I'm sure I haven't remembered
correctly.
