I think you can now download all the bits to convert
Win98 into Win98SE. Microsoft will also sell you a
"Second Edition Updates" CD-ROM for $21, including
shipping. What the CD is, is actually a Win98SE
Upgrade CD, it will even upgrade Windows 95. Much
cheaper than buying the Win98SE Upgrade from a
store. 98SE is much better "under the hood" than 98.
My last PC wouldn't even finish the install on 98
but 98SE went on it fine.
