Have you updated to 10.2.8? There were all sorts of minor bugs between 10.2 and 10.2.8, and this could be one of them. I wouldn?t bother exploring further until you have updated to 10.2.8. If the problem is still there when you?ve got to 10.2.8 it?s worth looking further into.
