Why are you whinging on about Mac product designs that are 7 to 10 yearsthe
old? Take a look at the MiniTower design that started 5-6 years ago withblue and white G3.
I don't do G3's ;-) I tend not to cripple my hardware by running MacOS either, but then that's another story :-)))
So, erm - why exactly are you posting on a Mac list?
Just trolling around?
Point number 1: He was joking, not trolling. There's a difference.
Point number 2:
He uses Macs, just not Mac OS. Oh sorry I run NetBSD on one of my 3 LC475s, shall I just unsub from all 8 LEM Lists I'm on? No I thought not...
Point number 3:
He doesn't do G3s. That leaves no less than... <counts>... no less than 9 *major* Mac CPU denominations he *does* do. 7 assuming he was inferring he had no g3 or later computers.
Point number 4:
The G3 B&W is only just 5 years old (5 years as of MacWorld SF 2004) and he's entitled to whine about the old case designs, I bet you would if you had to work on the bloomin' things.
FWIW, while we are on case designs, I love LC Pizza boxes ( and for the matter the 610/660av/6100). SO simple, just 2 clips and the lid opens up, revealing the whole machine. Pure genius.
