In coming weeks I intend to ditch dial-up and go to broadband; I'm also intending to go wireless as well. Sadly I am a complete ignoramus with regards to networks, and any answers to some of these questions, as well as other top tips, would be warmly welcomed.

*chuckle* This has been asked before, and before. Infact I am writing articles on the whole process of setting up Airport for The Macintosh Council. I don't have a host that can support the new version with the articles right now so I will email them both to you off-list and you can have a read. You can give me some feedback too and perhaps some things to talk about in the next article in the series. Kill two birds with one stone.

I have done networks of the wired and wireless variety many times (in that I keep changing my mind about my network config.) have sorted problems with ADSL, know all there is to know about setting up broadband with BT and not to want to blow ones own trumpet but, I know. ;-)

*takes you off to one side to have an in-depth conversation about it.*

P.S. No birds were harmed in the posting of this email.
