Again, to follow up on what Christian is writing and what I've written in
the past, please leave the old documents in place and unmolested.
When new documents are needed, make new ones and point to those. Having
the old documents for reference is sometimes far more important than one
releasizes - though usually after it is too late.
Please add the new documents along side the old ones. Freeze / lock the
old ones.

Building OOo is not rocket science. In fact it is rather simple.
