Let me clearify a little what the plans are.
For two documents that has almost the same content, the content will be
moved into the build guide, with two redirects pointing to it from the
old pages.
Information that is clearly wrong will not be archived.
Old documents that describe old behaviour will be kept, but very little
linked to. They will still show up on Google, and you will find these
documents on some places on our website.
All the focus everywhere will be on the new documents, that replace the
older ones.
We hope to with this effort cut the number of building documents in half.
