I had the same problem just now; Lion installed but cannot run my favorite TrueCrypt. I solved it by: 1. Uninstalling leftovers of MacFuse using AppZipper (like in Michael's post) 2. Installing MacFuse Tuxera (Erik's post)
TrueCrypt works perfectly!
