That's the same shot in the dark I've got too.

Your Safari is fine (I didn't think to check you were on 10.3 :)), and I'm
not sure exactly what is wrong, but seems likely it's a problem with the
<object> tag in their html.

I've not messed with applets in 1.4, so unsure exactly what they've done
to the <object> tag, but the existent of the jpi- bit is odd enough to
imply something has changed. All previous versions didn't have that.

Also throw in the fact that Windows dominates, so despite the Sun/MS legal
issues (now finished, MS bought Sun off with a lot of cash), Windows Java,
by Sun, is actually the best for this kind of thing. Irritating :)
