Hen,

You are right, I did type it wrong, and it should be an = instead of a
+. I also bet this is an older version. The site will work with
Internet Explorer on the Windows side, with a plugin from Microsoft,
but so far we can't get it to work with Sun.

Jerry,

Possibly you have hit on it. I ran the list as you suggested, the
first is Shockwave Flash, then Shockwave for Director. Then the Java
Plug-in says it is 1.3.1 (CFM), then another Java Plug-in that is
1.3.1, and finally a Java for Cocoa plug-in that is 1.4.2.

Then there is a long list of QuickTime plug-in's. (I have QuickTime
6.5.1 Pro installed)

I can't send an attachment showing the list, hopefully this will help.
Do the Java 1.3.1's make this the problem, or since I have the 1.4.2
why does the dialogue box say I need it?

I downloaded the 1.4.2 drivers directly from Sun and installed them
when we were trying to troubleshoot this a couple weeks ago.

Any suggestions would really be appreciated, and I thank you both for
your replies.

John R.
