Hi Susan,

There are always better deals to find on common components such as hard
drives or RAM. Our prices are competitive but not necessarily the lowest
you will find. We provide service and equipment for a fair price and have
to, as a good business practice, make a profit in order to assure our
customer base that our store will be here tomorrow. Those are just the
facts of life. I don't expect this to inspire you to rush in and pay more
for your hard drive.

However, if your intent was to move your existing data from your current
hard drive to your newly installed hard drive, then maybe a turnkey package
price could be negotiated. That way, should a problem develop either with
the drive or its installation, you only have one place to go to get your
problem fixed and that place would be local.

Otherwise, find your best hard drive deal (after rebate) elsewhere and seek
our assistance to install it. Or find someone else to do that too. We're
here to assist you in any manner you wish.
