Hi Susan, Well, the complaint I haven't heard about lately is slow turnaround time on a service order or repair.
Our policy has to be to accommodate customer requests (repairs or what not) on a first come, first serve basis. We strive to treat everyone the same. There may be exceptions regarding how we handle larger corporate accounts but not many. And customers always have the option to move their work to the top of the line for an extra fee. Our target for completion of all service orders is 24-48 hours. And don't be alarmed by a MacTown spokesperson participating on the list serve. It should have always been this way. It's never been polite for your local dealer to turn a deaf ear towards the local Mac user group. I encourage anyone to chime in with any related problem you might think of. It will only help MacTown get better and become the store we all want it to be.
