I'm trying to set up rules to eliminate some of the junk mail I'm receiving in Entourage. I have the junk mail filter set to its highest setting, but plenty of junk is still getting through.
I set up a rule called "Pills" to look for a subject line containing "no prescription needed" and telling it to move the message to my junk mail folder. The problem is that Entourage doesn't automatically apply the rules. If I go to the Apply All Rules command it doesn't do anything. The only way to get the rule to work is if I apply the specific rule called "Pills" to the message manually. Am I wrong in thinking this should be an automated process? Thanks for the help!
