Dear Suzanne,

I cannot say what your specific problem is, but I have been using the  
Missing Sync software instead of the palm desktop for over a year,  
and all my troubles with syncing are in the past.  You can find out  
more info at http://www.markspace.com/.  However, I'm afraid you have  
to be running OS 10.3 for it to work.
