Hi Kelly, OK, I should have asked more. What email program are you using on your pc and how do you intend on moving this critical data over to your Mac? Mail is capable of importing quite a wide array of data from other email programs so hopefully this poses only a short term problem.
Not to mix threads, but the question was previously asked what player you're using to play your video. Quicktime Player, RealPlayer or what? And if you're using the quicktime player, do you have the same difficulty playing quicktime movies? Many can be found on Apple's site should you need to locate some to try.
