Lots of positive reports so far. There are a couple of reports about a
site or two that has problems with the new version and a claim that it
breaks Safari (I have not had that problem myself). See:
http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/ or http://www.macfixit.com/

Many folks that had problems with the sucp version have had better
results using the combo updater (available on Apple's site). Try the
sucp version, but if you have troubles, download the combo updater and
re-apply it.

You need this to get to iMovie 3.02 via sucp. Be careful in that you
did not specify if you are using an older iBook or not (these have the
800 x 600 screens). iMovie 3.x will NOT run on these iBooks because it
needs a minimum of 1024 x 768 to run. Make sure that you go to 3.02 if
you do upgrade and first SAVE your iMovie 2.x version. There are a few
gotchas, nothing major, but it can be a pita if you are not watching
for them.

Some folks don't like this one, other really do. As with iMovie, save
the old version (along with your photos -- this is important as 2 will
change the format) and put it back if you don't like the new.

This is most useful if you have a .mac account or a locally available
webdav server. Without one of these, you are limited to syncing your
palm pda, etc.
