Simple answer delete files.
What files would cause this lots of pictures, videos and music files.
Burn them on DVD or transfer to an external hard drive.
I use WhatSize to tell me where the files that are taking up all the
room are.

Always upgrade your hard drive in your computer to a bigger size and
keep a back up copy.
