Hey all,
Our Insight bill jumped $7.15 to a (ridiculous) $114.73 for TV +
lowest tier of internet. It seems that others we know (who are not on
introductory plans) pay far less. A couple of questions:
. Do others on this list get gouged so badly?
. Is it at all possible to find the pricing of Insight's services? I
cannot find anything other than 'introductory' prices.
. My step-daughter claims that I should just call up and threaten to
shut off the service. Supposedly this will cause them to offer some
lower-priced service. Has anyone ever done this well? I would think I
need some sort of alternative to threaten them with... but I couldn't
find alternatives when searching around.
