WE have all three from Insight, TV, telephone and computer, lowest,
also only Basic and Classic.
We now pay generally $ 149.00- 159.00.
Yes, I had mine reduced. I play the old lady needing a reduction or
that I will use my cell phone only, also will forget about internet
altogether etc. I go down the line with them, telling them what I
don't need, and it is amazing how sweet they can get when you
mention all these other carriers. I am paying now about $ 20.00
less than last summer.
I always simply ask what they can do for me before I cancel one or
two of my services. It works. They don't seem to have cut and dried
fees.

In my area AT&T is stringing fiber. I have talked to many of the
linemen as they work in the area. They say soon we will have
speeds as good or better than cable, I guess that is why Insight is
going to go to 30 meg.
I am sure going to check with AT&T and at least use them as a
hammer with the cable company but so far they have not turned the
service on.
