I'd forgotten. I've never paid any rental fee for my modem, even though it was 
originally supplied by Insight. Actually, now that I think about it, we paid 
nothing, Insight instituted a fee, I called and asked why they were suddenly 
charging a fee, and they took it off my bill.

Sad to hear that ATT is worse. Oh well, big is rarely better when it comes to 
acquisition-based companies.
