Their ISP - Electric Company - wired the entire community. Just built it out. Hooked that FIBER right up to every house, trailer, apartment building and business. No. No, you don't have to use it. Not a problem but its here. Oh if you want it it's 1 GIGABIT UP & DOWN WITH NO LIMIT, now we do charge $50.00 a month. F*#KING Time/Warner Ripoff.
