I've built about 80% of a garage sized, tripodkins cable driven, pellet fed 3D printer for making statues. If the BBGW's wifi worked, my steppers and the BBGW could be relocated to the flying bit and all that would need to tether it would be a power cord. USB wifi makes the BBB unstable due to the USB reset bug, and I'm trying to avoid buying another micro router. I'm eagerly awaiting someone figuring it out. :)
