They are earlier than 2005 since I bought 2 Apple Cinema Displays in 2004 (December) and they are DVI. My 20" and my 30" ones. They look exactly like the 30" and 24" ones I bought in 2008 actually but those two I bought in 2004. The ADC interface kind of sucks I agree. I have a PPC hackintosh I built from spare Apple parts off of eBay and PC cases etc. The motherboard requires a 28V input, which PC power supplies don't have, in order to work and that requirement came from the ADC requirements. Since I am not using ADC I just had to supply enough to get it to work OK and an external 24V wall bug accomplished that > -Jon > _______________________________________________ MacOSX-talk mailing list [email protected] http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-talk
