I have used both the Verbatim and the Sony ones for a number of years attached to my keyring with no problems. However, I gave my son a Verbatim stick not long ago, and he managed to break it very quickly. From the look of it, he most likely sat on his keys with one key pressing against the drive and dented it. The ruggedised SuperTalent model for use on keychains looks like a good option.
