This is exactly the attitude that Norton uses with it's OSX virus program. From the point of view of "harmonious living" -- Virex is a far superior tool. NAV ignores all PC Viruses attached to Mac based email and files. This means that it is trivial for a Mac to become infected and a "carrier" - passing along PC viruses while not being affected itself. Virex, however does detect and remove PC viruses attached to Mac "stuff."
