the headers causing Outlook to warn you about the content is:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-2022-jp

this is set because the default font I use is OSAKA as I live in 
Japan and I need to recieve email both in ASCII and in 8 bit chars, 
the header leads the emailer to expect 8 bit content which of course 
isn't 8 bit. But none of this should affect the headers which are 
always ASCII.
Dunno why things were bouncing but basically now they're not.
