The other thing about iCloud.com is that, once you get to the Mail portion, you 
must interact with the frame at the top of the page. Here's the trick, though: 
whenever you make a change, like clicking a different button, you must stop 
interacting and then interact again. Things may be different now, but that's 
what I had to do a few months ago, and everything worked alright.
