I usually call in as well. I don't normally use the email feature because when 
I do, they almost never answer me. If they do, it's a very rare and takes one 
to two days to get a response. That is great timing. But you can't always wait. 
What did you say specifically to get them to respond to you?
I am just curious, maybe I am not saying enough. Maybe I am not being specific 
enough.
