The people I iMessage have all my email addresses and my phone number stored in 
the same contact on their devices. This way, all messages always come from me, 
no matter what. Of course, I have very few iMessage contacts - most people use 
Android and/or Windows, so this isn't an issue for me. Either way, hopefully 
this fixes the OP's problem.
