Hello Scott and everyone, Well, the Leave camp has won and I shall now apply for French citizenship. France has been good to me over the years. The French health care system treats me like a valuable member of society, whereas the British health service treated me as worthless and would happily have just let me die of kidney failure because I’m blind. I’m alive and well today because 15 years ago, I had a liver and kidney transplant here in France, so part of my body is already French I suppose.
As for Britain liberating itself from the influence of multinational corporations – that is certainly not the case. The Tory party is well and truly in bed with big business and now they’ll be free to walk all over the low-paid workers.
