I switched from Windows to Mac at the end of 2011. Voiceover is updated every time Apple updates the Mac's OS, just like the iPhone. The touchpad commander gives me more usability than touchscreens on Windows. That said, I do not know how accessible Jaws is with Windows 10 touchscreen. I am waiting, quite impatiently, for Apple to add a full touchscreen to the Mac.
There are things about Mac which annoy me, but paying $250 per year to update Jaws anoyed me even more. All that said, I will soon be required to go back to Windows if I get a new job I am trying for. On the persanal side, I will continue with the Mac. More software is accessible on it. And, Apple actually has an accessibility focus.
