You do not update the IOS through the App Store. You go to settings, general, software update and then click install. YOu’ll.be <http://ll.be/> prompted for you pin, enter your pin and then wait a while, the file will download and you’ll click install. All will complete at that point on it’s own and it can take several minutes where the phone seems dead. Just leave it alone once it starts to install and be sure you’re plugged in.
