Oh and by the way, I’m totally blind and live by myself I have a canon printer which has wifi and USB The wifi I needed assistance setting up but the USB I set up myself and shared across the network I can now get to the web interface for the printer and make configuration changes on the device through that interface.
Don’t limit yourself, if you need to set some thing up then try giving it ago. It doesn’t always work out but we blind people can do a lot more than the sighted world give us credit for.
