I experienced this once my self. The hapticks were sounding but no voice over.
I triple click the to turn off VO and triple clicked again and VO came back.

Your not going crazy mine has done it a few times also. Along with screens
getting very touchy and jumping all over the screen.

after some seconds the sound returned, and the podcast restarted at the point
that it was before I got the original phone call to the other synchronised
iPhone.
Anyone with a similar experience?
