I made a call and when I hanged up, I had no sounds. iTunes saw the phone but no sounds. I took the phone to an Apple Store. A Apple Genius Performed a Hard Rest. And after getting a Hard Reset done all sounds returned. about a week later I had the same problem. My father came over to help me do a Hard Reset. On Thursday after calling a Doctor, as soon as I hanged up all sounds were gone. It seems that I was finally able to do a Hard Reset myself and after the phone was able to talk to Apple’s Servers, all sounds returned.
