I only have 13.1.2 on an older phone, this one, a 7+. I finally had the loss of sound bug yesterday, and it wasn’t from a phone call. I was reading an article in an RSS news reader. I open Safari, using the open in Safari option in my news reader, and things went from being sort of draggy and slow in the news reader to absolute silence in Safari. So this is either two bugs, or it’s not related just calls, and certainly not related to the screen going to sleep in my case.
